Time spends very fast before the Euro-2012 Championship and the appetite of Ukrainian officials is bigger and bigger. As a consequence - the budgets of sports, transport and tourism facilities are increasing in geometric progression.

Viacheslav Konovalov in a joint article with Alexander Mikhalchenko (newspaper "Evening News" ¹ 099 (2510) of 09/06/2010) based on the monitoring carried out within 100 days of the Public Campaign "Euro-Patrol", gives examples of artificially inflated budgets of facilities built to Euro 12. Earlier manifestations of corruption and money laundering in preparation for Euro 2012 could be attributed to the "orange" government, then now the management of the newly established National Agency for the preparation of Ukraine for Euro 2012 officers report monthly on the growth of budget construction and renovation of stadiums, airports and other objects. The question arises - to whose benefit and prestige of the government cares - Ukraine or oligarchs, which maintaining a power?
